OSHA has issued citations for eight alleged serious safety violations and seven repeat violations following an inspection. The serious violations include a lack of forklift training, improper grinding wheel maintenance, a lack of inspection on high-voltage poles, a lack of assessment and use of electrical PPE, open electrical wiring and a lack of annual safety inspections to correct hazardous conditions.
