A mechanic working for a snowmobile dealer was killed on a test drive. He had worked on the machine, and was trying it out on a public snowmobile trail near his workplace. He was traveling at a high rate of speed when the snowmobile hit a snowdrift on the trail. The driver was thrown through the air, striking a tree.
