Vers 17 h, le 7 novembre 2019, un employé travaillait dans un restaurant à service complet. Il occupait le poste de directeur général et supervisait le fonctionnement du restaurant. Au moins deux collègues étaient présents au moment de l'incident. Le premier collègue était un cuisinier.
