Maybe this bike owner has difficulty judging distances, but the bright yellow warning sign on this electrical panel clearly warns that the area in front of it must be kept clear for 36 inches. In an emergency requiring a breaker switch to be shut off, removing this obstruction to gain access to the panel could waste critical time.
