It's almost hard to know where to begin this one – but once the shock and awe wears off, it's obvious there's a lot wrong with this picture. First, the workers in this picture aren't wearing any sort of PPE. No hard hats, safety, glasses, fall protection, or safety shoes, just to state the obvious.
