REQUIREMENTS

NEW JERSEY Status of Offense    Disorderly persons offense.   Fines      

1. 1st offense: $100-$1,000. 
2. Subsequent offenses: $500-$1,000 

(Note: There is an additional or alternative administrative penalty of up to $250 for a 1st offense and up to $500 for each subsequent offense.)  Imprisonment 

1. 10-90 days 
2. 10-100 days
