OSHA issued three repeat citations for alleged hazards associated with improperly guarded radial arm saws, radial arm saws extending past the table edge and a radial arm saw not returning to its starting position when the handle was released. Similar violations were cited in 2006 and 2007 at other company-owned plants. The serious violations allege hearing conservation, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, electrical and hazard communication issues. [Trussway Ltd., Orlando, FL.
