Course Description

Workplace microaggressions are subtle behaviors that affect members of marginalized groups but can add up and create even greater conflicts over time. If you can’t quite put your finger on the problem, whether the stressor is behavioral, environmental or verbal, it might be a series of workplace microaggressions fueling the fire. This course will cover what microagressions are, how to respond to microaggressions and more.
