WHAT’S AT STAKE?

A close call, near miss, or accident without injury is easy to shrug off and forget. But there is a danger in brushing off accidents that don’t hurt, harm, or damage. When a close call happens, it should immediately send up a red warning flag that something was wrong, unplanned, unexpected, and could happen again. When Should I Notify Coaction About A Claim?

Immediately. When filing a claim, notify Coaction by contacting us either via email at claims@coactionspecialty.com, by phone at 800.774.2755 (Option #1 for reporting a new claim, Option #2 for all other existing claims) or fax 800.326.2864.
