Empleados están expuestos a sustancias químicas y sufren problemas respiratorios
Aproximadamente a las 9:30 a. m. del 24 de abril de 2019, un empleado estaba recibiendo una sustancia química. El proveedor conectó el ácido nítrico al tanque de cloro. Debido a que estaba mal etiquetado, provocó una reacción con una nube que afectó a otros siete empleados. Los empleados sufrieron irritación respiratoria debido a la exposición a la sustancia química. Los empleados fueron hospitalizados por esta exposición.
