The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission of New Brunswick is investigating the death of a excavator operator who was working on a four-lane highway construction project in Aroostock, NB a few weeks back. Sterling Sturgeon, 61, of Blackville, NB, died after a section of rock cliff gave way and landed on the cab of an excavator he was operating.
