A continuación, se enumeran cuatro factores básicos que contribuyen a la contaminación a través de los técnicos y/u operadores de las salas blancas:- Higiene: Las pequeñas variaciones en la higiene personal pueden suponer una gran diferencia en lo que respecta a la contaminación potencial dentro de un entorno altamente controlado. Si las manos y/o la cara de una persona no están completamente limpias, hay un número mucho mayor de partículas potencialmente dañinas que se filtran por debajo de la ropa de protección, incluyendo caspa, pelo y piel suelta.
