OSHA opens investigation after man dies at Centre County construction site
The federal agency that oversees workplace safety launched an investigation after a worker died Monday at a construction site in Spring Township, a spokesperson wrote in an email Tuesday. Anthony Laterzo, 27, received a fatal electric shock after an excavator struck an overhead power line, an Occupational Safety and Health Administration spokesperson wrote.
