A home builder in Winnipeg, MB, has been fined $30,000 after a worker was electrocuted when the boom of the crane he was operating touched overhead wires. A Crown prosecutor who investigated the death of Bryden Sinclair, 31, said that Cape Cod Home and Design had violated safety rules by failing to notify Manitoba Hydro about construction before work was started.
