Must Employers Report Injuries?

Yes, all injuries or deaths.

When Must Report be made? 

Within 10 days.

Penalties for Failure to Report

Civil penalty of not more than $500; if the workers’ compensation commission determines that the failure to report was willful, the penalty shall be not less than $500 and not more than $5,000
