Within 21 days of the injury.

Exemptions to Notice Requirements

No notice required if employer has knowledge of injury. If injury is the result of ionizing radiation, notice is not required until such time as employee knows, or , by the exercise of reasonable diligence, should know, of the injury..

Effect of Failure to Notify Employer

No compensation shall be due until notice is given. If no notice is given within 120 days, no compensation is allowed.
