Within 90 days of the accident, or within 90 days of when employee knew, or should have known of the injury.
Exemptions to Notice Requirements
Excusable unless employer can show that it was prejudiced by the failure to give notice.
Effect of Failure to Notify Employer
State has no statutory requirements.
