Exemptions to Notice Requirements

Unless employer is unduly prejudiced by lack of notice, lack of notice shall not bar payment of compensation.

Effect of Failure to Notify Employer

If no notice is given within 30 days of the accident, or injury, no compensation shall be paid until and after the date notice is given.
