Exemptions to Notice Requirements
If employer has knowledge; if medical, surgical, or hospital services have been provided by employer, or if employee has a satisfactory reason for failure to give notice and employer has not been unduly prejudiced by such failure.
Effect of Failure to Notify Employer
Claim maybe barred.
Other Provisions
If employer fails to object to lack of notice at the first hearing of the claim, the requirement for notice shall be deemed to be waived.
