When Must Notice Be Given?

Within 4 days of the injury.

Exemptions to Notice Requirements

If employee is unable to give written notice, requirement is waived.

Effect of Failure to Notify Employer

For each day that employee fails to give notice, employee may lose 1 day of compensation.
