          $10,000 maximum for 1st offense. $25,000 maximum for subsequent or 1st willful offense ($50,000 for subsequent willful offense) 

Imprisonment 

          6 months maximum for 1st offense, 1 year maximum for subsequent or 1st willful offense, 2 years maximum for subsequent willful violation.
