          Civil penalty 

Fines 

          $100-$1,000 for 1st offense. Not less than $1,000 for each subsequent offense. Each day the employer commits a violation is a separate offense. (Note: a lien may be placed on the employer’s property for an amount equaling penalties due, with interest at a rate of 12% per year) 

Imprisonment 

          State Law does not provide a penalty
