Harassment Policy Acknowledgement

I have read and understand XXX’s Harassment Policy which condemns and prohibits harassment of an individual because of that person’s race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or any other protected status defined by law.

It is against the policies of XXX, and illegal under state and federal law, for any employee, male or female, to harass another employee.
