Fixing the Safety Meeting Gap Across Multiple Sites – Case Study
RedRock Civil Services had experienced field supervisors, but safety meetings varied widely from jobsite to jobsite. Some crews received strong, practical talks, while others received rushed or poorly documented meetings. The safety manager needed consistency without taking away the local relevance that makes jobsite safety conversations effective.
This case study explains how SafetyNow ILT helped RedRock standardize safety talk topics, support supervisors and improve field-level documentation. By giving supervisors structured meeting kits that could still be adapted to local hazards, the company created a stronger safety meeting system across U.S. and Canadian worksites.
