According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, workplace violence is the second leading cause of fatal workplace injuries in the United States, affecting almost 2 million American workers every year. This course will cover general risk factors for violence at work and for your own workplace and type of work you do, the four main types of workplace violence, how to identify and respond to early warning signs of potentially violent behavior or violent situations and how to recall ways to manage a hostile or violent person or situation.​ (Spanish Version)
